Joyce Berenson is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. Joyce earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She is a member of the American Diabetes Association, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the American Association of Diabetes Educators.
After spending 14 years in the health insurance field, Joyce decided to return to school to pursue her interest in the connection between nutrition and health. Working at a diabetes outpatient center inspired her to become a Certified Diabetes Educator. Joyce has been a diabetes education specialist for over 20 years, and provides counseling for: cholesterol control, weight management, heart disease, kidney disease, gastrointestinal diseases, as well as other nutrition related disorders.
In the past, having diabetes meant following a strict, “one size fits all” diet, and giving up many of your favorite foods. As a Certified Diabetes Educator, Joyce personalizes diabetes management to fit your lifestyle.

Michele Crosmer has been a Registered Dietitian for 4 years and specializes in nutrition therapy for kidney disease. Michele promotes health and wellness by helping people gain confidence in their food choices to develop sustainable, lifelong eating habits. She loves teaching clients how to easily and affordably prepare nutritious meals at home. Her passion is in the prevention and management of chronic diseases like kidney disease, Diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
Michele completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She has experience working as a community dietitian for the WIC Program (Women Infants and Children), as a clinical dietitian at Chino Valley Medical Center, and as a renal dietitian in an outpatient dialysis clinic. She now works as a private practice dietitian and has an office in downtown Upland, CA.

Tracy has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years as a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer. She truly believes that proper nutrition and exercising regularly is fuel for the body and soul. Her ability to tailor diet and exercise programs to meet her client’s individual needs is what she loves most about her career. Whether the goal is to manage a chronic condition, lose weight, enhance sports performance, or simply to feel great, Tracy is committed to helping you achieve maximum results in the least amount of time.
Adali Hernandez, MS, RDN, LDN is a registered dietitian with a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Florida State University. Adali has helped a wide range of clients reach their short and long term nutrition and health goals. Adali has nutrition counseling experience in acute-care hospital settings, renal (kidney) care, home health, child nutrition programs and more.
During your appointment, Adali will take a detailed history. Then, a personalized treatment plan with goals that you choose will be set. All plans are tailored to each individual.
